This new project aims to identify and support children and young people aged 5-18 years of age whose health, education and social lives are adversely affected as a direct result of caring for a family member who may be experiencing mental ill health, suffering from a disability or other debilitating condition, and assist them through the provision of educational support, counselling, peer mentoring, social activities, and respite/short breaks.
