This project provides support to the patients with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and their families. The project aims to improve quality of life and ability to cope by increasing well-being and reducing social isolation through a range of non-medical, therapeutic and supportive care services provided in the client's own home or where appropriate, a hospice. The project will provide counselling for patients, family and carers.
