This project empowers adults and children who have suffered domestic abuse to develop confidence and self-esteem. Counselling, personal safety and life skills training, complementary therapies, physical activities, first aid, drugs awareness and group therapy will help service users rebuild their lives and increase their resilience. Children will be supported with counselling, therapeutic play, after school clubs and holiday activities. A befriending service will offer practical and emotional support.
