This project will deliver cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) group sessions to disadvantaged young people to the Kings Cross area of London, aiming to reduce re-offending and anti-social behaviour by promoting positive change and encouraging forward thinking, understanding behaviour triggers and improving self-confidence. The programme encourages members to establish a 'miniature society' and 'sense of family' within the group and through this explore the impact behaviour has on those around them.
