This new project for Best Chances will improve the financial literacy of young people in deprived areas of south west Birmingham through group sessions held in schools covering key financial issues such as credit, debt, overdrafts and lifestyle choices. Some young peopel will become 'financial literacy champions' and deliver sessions to their peers. And a mobile advice service will regularly visit up to ten key community locations to offer expert advice to the wider community.
