The group will develop its physical activity opportunities for young disabled people in Nottingham. Run in partnership with Nottingham City Sports, it will improve physical health and well-being while aiming to motivate and engage more disabled young people. Opportunities will be provided during holidays, after school and at weekends, either one-to-one or in groups. Activities will include swimming lessons, badminton, skateboarding, street dance, football coaching, boxing, athletics, tennis and gymnastics.
