This project uses food as a catalyst to help people who are homeless to move on with their lives. The project aims to inspire people in transition and propel them to better health, improved confidence and a career pathway. Activities will work with homeless people in hostels across London, using a participative 'cook school' model to help develop social skills such as communication and team working, as well as learning about healthy eating and low-cost cooking for independence.
