This group will use funding to train the local community in the field of property maintenance, and in particular non-traditional entrants to trade-type jobs such as women, single parents and NEETs. It will also provide free or subsidised domestic equipment checks and replacements for vulnerable members of the community. This will increase employment skills as well as health and safety in the community.
