The aim of this project is to improve the quality, accessibility and sustainability of advice within the Borough and to make Brent Advice Matters (BAM) the first choice for information and advice for Brent residents. This will be achieved through an on-line self-assessment form which will facilitate quick evaluation and referral and will be complemented by a process for walk-in clients and a library of fact sheets and self-help materials covering the most frequent issues will also be developed.
