The Ark-T Centre uses creativity and visual arts to help people learn and discover things about themselves. With help from a Lottery award it will run two hour weekly art sessions for people who have suffered from depression. Participants will use painting, collage, printing and mask making to explore how different colours reflect mood, experience and cultures. The completed works will be displayed at an exhibition at the centre.
