The organisation will continue to support adult survivors of child sexual abuse through a variety of face to face concepts and techniques, which will focus on building self-confidence, learn coping strategies and enabling individuals to develop personal resilience and focus on healthier lifestyles. In turn the beneficiaries will have improved confidence mental health well-being. The project will also provide opportunities for volunteers, especially those with lived experiences to increase personal development. Due to COVID-19 the service will offer more telephone and social media support to ensure they feel less isolated and marginalised.
