Reach Out for Mental Health (ROFMH) offers relief from suicidal thoughts and feelings through the delivery of open and non-judgemental emotional support for anyone over the age of 18. The organisation works across three hubs around Thurrock, enabling individuals to reach out for help as and when they need it. The hubs are operated by volunteers who are trained in suicide prevention. The organisation will use funding to contribute towards staff costs, including Director and part time volunteer coordinator, as well as training costs and other general running costs. The project aims to increase the number of people who access the service.
