The funding will be used to secure a trajectory towards long-term sustainability for its community hub, which serves 4,000 people each year. Funding will support BYCZ to consolidate and develop its current range of activities in addition to developing a range of affordable but revenue-generating services to support its future operation and reduce long-term grant-dependency. Children and families, young people, people with learning disabilities, and older people will be able to a access services like youth work sessions, healthy eating and cooking sessions, and social groups to combat loneliness and isolation.
