The funding will cover the cost of hiring an apprentice to increase the organisation's capacity, enabling more young people to become bicycle mechanics, recycling bicycles for the benefit of the community. The project will educate young people with special educational needs, many of which have been excluded from mainstream school, on the importance of recycling and provide transferable skills and work experience to improve prospects.
