This funding will help the group offer support and therapies to not only people with cancer, but also to their carers and families. By making therapies available for carers and families, as well as cancer patients, they will be able to support carers through the challenges that are associated with caring for a loved one through cancer. This also helps the patient feel less of a burden because the person caring for them is being cared for too.
