The £99,250 grant for the GAPS project will support people with learning disabilities by providing opportunities and support in social and work environments. Members will be mentored and will help organise activities of their choice to improve their social life and help them become more independent. Activities include life skills such as handling money, safety awareness, healthy eating, and support for their workplaces/placements.
