The funding will be used to provide free structured weekly sports and physical activity sessions for people with mental health issues in partnership with Folkestone MIND and open to the whole community. The project, which will also include social sessions following the activities, aims to bring people together to improve their health and wellbeing, develop friendships and improve self-esteem and self-confidence.
