The three-year project is using a £198,410 grant to improve the physical and mental health of people in Omagh and nearby rural townlands by delivering weekly activities and events in local bogs, forests and gardens and the wider An Creagán site at the foothills of the Sperrins. Activities include a forest school, intergenerational arts, befriending, and horticulture therapy workshops. The project is being led by local people.
