The project aims to target a range of problems, including low self-esteem, confidence, depression, obesity and unhealthy lifestyles. The funding will be used to run fun martial arts sessions for young people at risk of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour. Money will pay for instructor fees, clothing, safety equipment, training equipment, office supplies and competition and awards day.
