The aim of the project is to help unemployed people be more physically active, to make better health choices and to empower them to consider new options in their quest for work. The organisation will run a health and wellbeing programme which includes some development of digital skills to enhance employability as well. Funding will go towards coach/trainer, sports venues, dual branded t-shirts, design costs, banners and flyers, digital workshops, USB sticks, medals, pedometers, and refreshments.
