The five-year Life Story Project is using a £500,000 grant to support people aged 11-22 across Northern Ireland who have been separated from their birth families and don't have information about their past. The project supports young people to create a Life Story in a medium of their choice, including thoughts and memories, artwork, key events and anecdotes. This helps the young people and their carers to understand issues and events from the young person's life and build a sense of identity.
