The three-year project is using a £158,644 grant to bring people together from all backgrounds to challenge racism and promote diversity in south Belfast. The project is building on their successful Belfast Friendship Club and Global Kitchen training to give members an opportunity to use their skills and volunteer. They will run Common Lunches, which will provide a welcoming space to share a weekly nutritious, low-budget meal, and run other events. A project worker will lead and support volunteers.
