The funding will be used to run a training programme for community leaders from refugee organisations, who will then provide workshops for young people in the wider community who are perpetrators or at risk of knife crime. The project aims to tackle prevention to identify the causes and drivers of knife crime and address the consequences and long term effects, and the importance of talking to police.
