The project will set up a program of yoga (including a Sport Leader qualification and certification event upon completion) for people on low incomes, addressing social isolation for those who lack the financial means to engage in social/physical activities. The aim of this is to improve mental and physical wellbeing alongside developing confidence and social/communication skills.
