This is a health and wellbeing service for homeless people living in the organisation's supported accommodation. It will offer confidential drop-in clinics to address mental health needs, substance misuse and specific needs around trauma and physical health issues. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) will be predominantly used to help people change negative thoughts and behaviours by identifying what they are and how it affects them to manage the impact of addiction, poor mental health and previous trauma.
