Project overview

The project will use the funding over two years to expand its work helping 200 people with mental health problems who are at risk of financial hardship. A part-time outreach peer support worker will be employed who will help to support people access food essential items develop long-term financial housing and mental health support. This aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
