The project is using funding towards the peer led welfare surgeries which supports people with mental health disabilities with benefits claims; an additional salaried post to provide additional capacity across all areas of their work and a proportion of core running costs and overheads. The project supports people with severe and/or enduring mental illness and part of their offer includes peer-to-peer support activity.
