The Peoples Pantry Community Shop - Project

Project overview

The funding will contribute to the running costs of The Peoples Panty (PP)' as a volunteer led community hub shop/social supermarket at the Repton Connect Community Centre. Costs are to cover staffing (vol support and coordination) as part of a wider project to develop an existing purpose-built container which would be used for the shop and Hub. The PP began in 2019 with a community Fridge in Repton a deprived ward and has grown to be one of Ashford's main food banks.
