Project overview

The group are using funding to provide mental health support to people from Havering Barking & Dagenham. The Live A Better Life (LABL) programme will include Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) individual mental health support activities such as walking yoga arts and crafts as well as peer support and wellbeing workshops. The project offers hope and is designed to support individuals manage their own mental health improve their physical health and increase their self-esteem and self-confidence.
