Project overview

The project is using funding to continue providing age-friendly quality culturally specific services to over 50s from African Caribbean/ BAME communities. The project will address the growing isolation and loneliness caused by the COVID-19 lockdown by expanding their online sessions to include Caribbean cooking Yoga steel band storytelling chair exercise mindfulness meditation and a film/video club.
