The Hub: Phase 2 - Project

Project overview

The funding will develop and deliver a �super-hub� facility for young people and adults with mild moderate and severe learning disabilities. The �super-hub� model comprises of three key components: A physical hub at its core from which all other elements stem. There will be a weekly timetable of sessions and activities delivered by qualified support workers and specialists. A �Hub in the Community� layer delivered on an outreach basis to provide support in the community using local assets and to meet specific area demand. These sessions will be demand led and move/rotate around different areas/location dependent on need. A virtual hub to provide additional reach and inclusion to young people and adults with a learning disability supporting digital inclusion skills and confidence. This will be delivered through a combination of live digital sessions via Zoom Facebook live closed online groups and recorded content available through their YouTube channel.
