The funding will help to support families and carers of children and young people diagnosed or under assessment for Autism (ASD) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and related conditions. The aim is to help aid development of the young people while providing physical and emotional support for parents and/or carers.
