Project overview

This funding will support vulnerable people experiencing mental health problems to improve and maintain their mental health overcome barriers to reintegrate into society and to return to the workplace whenever possible. The group will introduce people to their services at the earliest possible point who will then be supported into work or towards another positive destination in the community such as volunteering or further education.
