Project overview

The project will improve access to advice and support for vulnerable and hard-to-reach members of the community. Through home-visiting support, the aim is to help people receive appropriate entitlements and relieve financial burdens, reduce stress and ease the pressure on them and family members. Through outreach sessions, it aims to improve the life situations of people either financially, or relating to employment or confidence.
