Community Connectors - Project

Project overview

This project will actively promote health and wellbeing, reduce health inequalities, reduce isolation and provide learning opportunities to vulnerable people in deprived areas of Worcester. There will be informal coffee and chat sessions for people to access a range support from partner agencies. Training sessions will also be provided on self-esteem, confidence, healthy cooking on a budget, managing finances, personal safety, employment advice and managing stress and anxiety.
