Homeless Health Link Service - Project

Project overview

This group aims to provide one to one health support for homeless people and rough sleepers. The project will educate them to manage their physical and mental health through sessions with their key worker, alongside workshops covering topics such as healthy eating and overdose prevention. Volunteering roles will also be open to former, current and future people being supported, and the wider community, to reduce feelings of isolation which can occur when people move from homelessness into their own home.
