The project will provide a range of support and accommodation solutions across North Somerset, both for rough sleepers or those who are imminently at risk of rough sleeping, providing access to emergency accommodation. The group will also assist with reconnection, reconciliation with family and friends, access to supported housing or private rented accommodation.
