Little Roots - Project

Project overview

The project will target children of primary school age, families and older people and engage them in a range of gardening and healthy-eating activities, improving their physical wellbeing and bringing the community together by involving all ages. The service will be run and supported by a group of volunteers and activities will be free, ensuring they are accessible to all. Children and volunteers are given the opportunity to build friendships, breaking down age barriers and building community spirit.
