Help Your Health - Project

Project overview

This project will empower residents of Ealing and Hounslow Boroughs to improve their health and reduce health inequalities. A range of borough residents will receive accredited training and be engaged in volunteering roles as health leaders and health champions. They will spread information amongst, family, friends and neighbours, working with project staff they will help form 'health day' events which will be run in hard to reach communities. Information and advice will reach 13,000 residents.
