Devon Sight Loss Hubs - Project

Project overview

This project will provide information and support for up to 1,800 people with sight loss. The group will establish new hubs in East and West Devon, and expand its work in Mid Devon and Torbay, bringing together local services to help people improve their well-being. These will provide one-to-one consultations, home help and equipment advice to enable people be more independent. Volunteers will offer befriending support and extra help with things like home safety checks, transport and paying bills.
