Waltham Forest Foundations - Project

Project overview

A new community-based volunteer project to support vulnerable adults suffering from unemployment and mental ill-health and social isolation. Through environmental action and skills-sharing vulnerable adults will be able to build new skills. Each volunteer will complete a 12 week programme of tailored activities supported by an individual learner plan which will set out short, medium and long-term goals.
