Project overview

The project will support families who are in need of palliative and end of life care, and will provide new activities to help parents, carers and siblings. The scheme will include monthly parent forums, counselling activities and one-to-one and group activities for siblings. The project is expected to provide support to 100 children and their family members, with this number likely to increase year-on-year.
