Jeremiah's Journey - Project

Project overview

This project will expand its work with children, young people and their families and carers who have been bereaved. They will also provide support to children and young people between seven and 17 living with a terminally ill parent, providing counselling and opportunities to socialise with others. There will sessions on a one-to-one basis and for whole families, creative activities to help express feelings and advice for parents on explaining issues like death and terminal illness to their child.
