Project overview

A project to provide support, training and skills for disadvantaged groups in Ealing and Hounslow. The project will include English language sessions, tailoring, cookery training, and advice on mental and physical health issues, such as diabetes, healthy eating and mental health awareness, and welfare support. It will also include sessions on confidence building, communication skills, advice and opportunities to interact with the wider community. The project will benefit 150 people.
