Project overview

This is the continuation of a project supporting people from disadvantaged black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) groups to improve their physical and mental health, skills and confidence. This includes one-to-one and group counselling for vulnerable women, outreach health check sessions in community and religious settings, talks on chronic health issues to help with prevention and early diagnosis, healthy eating workshops, organised walks, English classes, IT training, parenting classes and yoga sessions.
