Project overview

A volunteer run project to expand health and wellbeing activities across the area. The scheme will include a family fun and fitness group, weight management classes, cooking and healthy eating skills sessions and community physical activity classes. It will also provide events for older people who are socially isolated, including luncheon clubs and community cafes, and will run food skills activities for people with learning and physical disabilities to promote independent living.
