Hope Community Project - Project

Project overview

A volunteer led scheme to provide vulnerable older people, women, families and young people's with support services incl children's after school club, women's group, ESOL training, older people befriending, and assistance with daily activities such as helping around the house and shopping trips. The scheme will also offer support to other projects including an outreach project, lunch club and youth groups. The project will support 625 vulnerable people.
