This is a continuation of an existing project that aims to provide advocacy and participation projects for young carers whilst developing a Transition Forum to enable young carers to continue to have their voices heard after age 18.The project works to ensure that young carers across Norfolk have the opportunity to meet, discuss topics and have their voices heard around issues that affect them.
