Project overview

This is the development of a pilot project that aims to support young carers aged between five and nine years old, and their families, residing in Suffolk.The emphasis of the project is to provide information, advice, guidance and activities that give them a break away from their caring roles and responsibilities. It will further support schools to adopt sensitive practices to help identify young carers and refer them to relevant support services.
