Project overview

In the past, support services have been led by staff, but as a result of extensive research and consultation, carers themselves will be supported and trained to lead services through the creation of 16 carer led hub groups across the county. More confident carers will have the opportunity to become Carers in Hertfordshire Ambassadors and will represent the organisation in their communities.
